Excerpt from the preview by Christopher Schneider:

At the base of metallic grain silos spotted miles in the distance we found the towns. Crosses and crops dominate the landscape. A vegetarian meal is a salad made from hamburger toppings. Old timers with names like Big Ed and Burt and Martha are eager to talk about what used to be. People entertain themselves racing turtles and horses. Every road sign has been gun shot. Each town has a Veterans memorial, a manicured cemetery, and beer cans tossed from the cab of a truck. When the curiosity of an out-of-towner with a camera passes through, the mayor gets called. "No, there isn't a gas station or motel here, but we have a nice bridge you can photograph. Oh, and a 30 foot Pocahontas. You know Grant Wood used to paint from the top of that hill.
