Mid West

Every Polaroid is unique. The viewfinder is an approximation, exposure has only three choices (lighter, normal, darker) and the color rendered depends largely on the ambient temperature. Developing is done by squeezing developer thru rollers (often unevenly) so each picture has it’s own character not to be duplicated. The experience of requiring fate to intervene for a successful image adds unpredictability to be enjoyed.
